Valentines DayValentine's Day Sweetheart Deal

Treat your sweetheart and save money, too, with this special Valentine promotion by the Flint RiverQuarium and Thronateeska Heritage Center.

In a special Valentine’s Day promotion, the Flint RiverQuarium and Thronateeska Heritage Center are teaming up to offer a buy-one-get-one-free joint ticket deal on Saturday, February 11, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Purchase one joint ticket to both locations for $12.50 and your sweetheart gets in free. 

Tickets include admission to the Flint RiverQuarium, admission to Thronateeska and a planetarium show at the Wetherbee Planetarium. In addition, this special couples ticket will include a sweet treat at the RiverQuarium, a flower for each lady at Thronateeska and an entry to win a gift basket of goodies from each location.

Astronomy Series

Always ready with something new, the Astronomy Series usually includes a live presentation on some currently visible night sky constellations, a planetarium film, and an in-depth presentation on current research and discoveries in astronomy. The next show in the series will be February 21, 2012, from 7:15-8:30 pm. Admission is $3.50+tax per person. Thronateeska members and Darton students with current student ID admitted free.
